A working set of twenty general-purpose glyphs, sequenced UT-01…UT-20, to replace
emoji in the daily brief, job-pipeline report, and any other system output. Built
to the same rules as the brain explorations (HS-SYS-003) so they sit consistently
next to the locked set. Each glyph carries an active core (pulsing dot) where it
makes semantic sense; ones that should feel static (a calendar date, a list item)
stay still.
